Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We currently ship within the United States only. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
All orders are shipped using secure, trackable shipping methods. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Refunds are not issued for orders that are delayed due to carrier issues or for incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or a shipping label has been created, we are unable to guarantee cancellation.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations.
