Skin Care for Acne Prone Skin

News

Acne goes by many names. While the medical name is Acne Vulgaris, many refer to the problem as pimples, zits, papules, or pustules. But there can also be nodules and cysts beneath the skin which can cause severe pain and scarring. Follicules in the skin become clogged from excess oil and bacteria as well as dead skin cells. While these problems can occur at any age, they are often most severe during adolescence.  At this time of body, emotional, and neurologic change, acne can be damaging to self-esteem and overall mental health.                                            Cutibacterium Acnes has been identified as a contributing agent to acne breakouts and is one target of many topical and some systemic approaches to controlling the problem.  Other approaches include targeting the overproduction of oil or encouraging exfoliation of dead skin cells. While all of these approaches can be helpful, Southeastern Health and Esthetics believes in a multi-pronged attack on the problem of acne.  We incorporate components such as Glycolic Acid which has been shown to kill Cutibacterium Acnes, while also exfoliating dead skin cells. This allows the pores to open and drain properly.  Salicylic Acid is a beta-hudroxy Acid that unclogs pores, reduces inflammation and helps with exfoliation.  Add in the acne, scar fighting, and hydrating effects of Vitamin C, Tranexamic Acid, Vitamin E, Hyaluronic Acid and Niacinamide and you have Zitt Doxx-7.  Many other good products may contain one or two of these effective components, but Zitt Doxx-7 contains them all. So if you are serious about getting a fast and effective serum that attacks the problem of acne and acne scarring, give Zitt Doxx-7 a try.  You will be glad you did.
